Balancing Powers of Leadership

Leadership Empowerment Training through well-tested experiential, explorative, practical and inspirational tools


The main theme of the EPL teleclasses centers on balancing power of leadership. We will highlight positive powers of leadership around inspirational, transformational as well as compassionate and caring aspects of power. We will also examine negative powers of leadership embedded in our personal drives, unconscious impulses and limiting personality patterns due to past conditioning and root causes. All elements of power will then be brought into balance through effective leadership empowerment tools that aim at awakening and affirming authentic, inspired and compassionate leadership in action.

First Teleclass: Saturday July 12, 2014, at 11am-12:30pm, Pacific Time

Introduction to content, structure and 5 main parts of the EPL Telecourse:

12 creative empowerment techniques for identifying, understanding and transforming personal obstacles and challenges, and also for knowing signs of authentic leadership.

Fourth Teleclass: Saturday August 2, 2014, at 11am-12:30pm, Pacific Time

Third Set of Empowerment Tools::

Balancing masculine and feminine powers of leadership by transcending, including and integrating positive and negative powers that harmonize relationships, team and community work, job and home life.

Fifth Teleclass: Saturday August 9, 2014, at 11am-12:30pm, Pacific Time

Application of Powers for Team Leadership: :
